What data we collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising tracking, or social-media pixel scripts. The only data collected is:

• Data voluntarily submitted via the contact form (name, phone number, email address).
• Server access logs retained for up to 14 days for security purposes (IP address, request timestamp, requested URL).

Legal basis for processing

Contact form submissions are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to respond to your request. Server logs are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining website security.

Cookies

A single functional cookie records your response to the cookie consent banner. No third-party cookies are set. The banner appears once on the homepage. Choosing "Reject" disables the cookie and the banner will reappear on the next visit. Choosing "Accept" stores your preference in localStorage only — no data is transmitted externally.

Data retention

Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months and then permanently deleted unless an ongoing correspondence requires longer retention. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority (ÚOOÚ — uoou.cz).
